Machine Work Log ("the App"), developed by 213 AI Labs, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

The App includes an optional Automatic Backup feature.
To use this feature, you must first choose a backup destination folder using Android's built-in file or folder picker and grant the App permission to write backup files to that location.
Once enabled, the App automatically creates backup files according to your backup settings. Backup files are saved only to the folder that you selected. This location may be:
The App does not upload your information to any server operated by the developer. The developer does not have access to your backup files or the data they contain.
You may disable Automatic Backup or change the backup location at any time from within the App.
The App includes an optional App Lock feature.
If enabled, the App uses your device's built-in biometric authentication (fingerprint, face authentication where supported) or your device screen lock (PIN, password, or pattern) to protect access to the App.
The App never accesses, stores, or transmits your biometric information. Authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. The App receives only a success or failure result.
The App does not collect your personal or business information.
The App does not operate any servers and does not automatically upload, synchronize, or transmit your information over the internet.
The App does not sell, share, or transmit your data to the developer or any third party.
If you choose to save backup files to a third-party storage provider such as Google Drive, the backup files are stored directly in your own account. Your use of that storage provider is governed by its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The App does not access, analyze, or share your backup files with anyone.
You remain in full control of your data.

Uninstalling the App does not automatically remove backup files that you have previously created.
The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
Your information is stored on your own device and in backup locations selected by you. You are responsible for protecting your device, backup files, and any cloud storage account that you choose to use.
